Make It Yours
Ask H can remember key details about you and your business so every conversation feels tailored to you. The more she knows, the better her advice, copy, and coaching will be. Her memory builds two ways: you add the foundations yourself, and — on every paid tier including Base — she quietly picks up coaching-grade facts from your conversations and saves them for you.
Go to Settings (bottom of the sidebar) → scroll to Memory → add your details using the suggested prompts or create your own.
On every paid tier — Base, Penelope, Numi, Ophelia, Genie, Beastie, House of Codes, and every bundle — Ask H will periodically review your recent conversations and save facts she thinks are worth remembering. Things like a business pivot you've committed to, a revenue milestone you've hit, an upcoming launch date, a mindset shift, or a strategic decision.
The bar is high: if a good business coach wouldn't write it down in their session notes, she won't save it. Casual chat, opinions, and emotional venting without a shift attached all get filtered out.
You stay in control. Every auto-saved memory appears in your Memory list in Settings alongside the ones you've added manually — review them anytime and delete anything that doesn't belong. If she ever saves something you'd rather she hadn't, just tap the ✕ next to it and it's gone.
Ask H stores a maximum of 50 memories per account — manual and automatic combined. Once you hit the cap, every new memory she saves pushes the oldest one out to make room. Most users never come close, but it's worth glancing at your Memory list in Settings every now and then so nothing important gets quietly overwritten.
A quick monthly review keeps her brief on you sharp:

Manual and automatic memory work beautifully as a pair. Add the stable foundations yourself — business name, ideal client, main offer, tone, current goals — so she always has a clear brief. Then let auto-memory capture the living story as your business evolves: new launches, wins, decisions, pivots, breakthroughs. You'll end up with a rich, accurate picture of who you are and where you're headed — without having to log it all manually.
Think of it like briefing a new team member. Give her the essentials:
Keep each memory short and specific. One or two sentences max. Think facts, not essays. “Wellness coaching for burnt-out corporate women” is better than three paragraphs about your brand story. (Longer uses more tokens).
You can update your memories anytime as your business evolves. Starting a new offer? Update your “main offer” memory. Changed your pricing? Update that too. Ask H will use the latest info from your very next conversation.
She weaves them into her responses naturally. If Penelope knows your ideal client is a burnt-out corporate woman, she'll write copy that speaks directly to that person. If Ophelia knows your price point, she'll build strategy around those numbers. If Numi knows your goals, she'll coach you toward them.
You don't need to re-explain your business at the start of every chat. She already knows.

Start with Base to learn the platform and get your chart done. When you're ready to go deeper, add the specialist brain that matches your biggest need right now. You don't need to go straight to House of Codes — grow into it as your business grows.
Every message uses tokens (the AI's processing power). Longer conversations use more tokens because each message resends your conversation history. If you hit your monthly limit, your tokens reset on your next billing renewal date (when your subscription payment goes through).
Higher tiers get more monthly tokens. If you need more, you can top up from the pricing page.
Tips for keeping token usage efficient:
Start new conversations for new topics rather than continuing one massive thread. Long threads cost more per message because the AI re-reads the entire conversation each time.
Upload files instead of copy-pasting content. When you paste a long document into the chat, that text becomes part of your conversation history and gets resent with every follow-up message. Uploading a file is more efficient.
Skip the pleasantries. Every message costs tokens — ‘thanks babe’ costs the same as a real question. Pack more into fewer messages.
Don't go back and forth endlessly tweaking copy (especially with Penelope). Get your draft to 90%, then make final edits manually like I teach in Copy Clinic. Endless revision threads burn tokens fast.
If you're spending 2 hours writing a sales page, you've missed the point. Should take 15 minutes and 3-4 messages tops.
Your old ChatGPT/Claude links are still active in the members dashboard if needed.
If you cancel completely, your account gets deleted. Always downgrade to Base instead so you keep your chat history.

Ask H AI is our entry-level AI — and yes, she's trained as a sales closer. That means if you ask her about deeper chart work, shadow patterns, or anything that sits in Numi's or Penelope's territory, she'll often redirect you to upgrade. That's by design — she knows her lane and she knows when a specialist would serve you better.
But she's also incredibly powerful in her own right. She can calculate your full chart, teach from the entire Ask H course collection, search the web, help with general business strategy, and hold deeply intelligent conversations about your codes.
Tip: If she tries to redirect you, just reply: ‘Thanks, H — I'll explore that later. Right now I have more questions about my chart.’ She'll stay with you.
